Our Services:

All services are free, and provided in English, Spanish, and Arabic, in person or online.
All services are available for any business operating in Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, and Berkshire Counties.

The services include the following:

• One-on-one business navigation services for business planning and financial projection completion.
• An in-house business training curriculum with interactive tools, templates, videos, and guides for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and existing businesses.
• Access to multiple training webinars compiled below.
• Credit Counseling services.
• Small Business Technical Assistance (SBTA) services related to all Growth Capital Corp. business grant programs.
• Business assistance services for all borrowers, in accounting, financial reporting, marketing, human resources, operations, and restaurant operations.
• Small business term loans for “unbankable” existing businesses and start-ups from $1,000 – $300,000.  Loan proceeds are for business launches, equipment purchases, working capital, and business expansion.
• Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Collaboration with all economic development partners.  The EDC Ecosystem partnership is a collaboration that allows us to coordinate funding resources to increase our investments in the small business community.  By consolidating our grants, business assistance, and available capital with all regional ecosystem partners, the collaboration better serves our mutual clients and increases our investments exponentially.
